We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy makes it easy.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

3. Process

2. Our support team will guide you through the return/exchange steps.
3. Once approved, please send the item to our return address.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
